Brier Jirka is a Nebraska Licensed Independent Mental health Practitioner with a certification in Sex therapy from the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapist. She specializes in women’s and couples sexual issues. Her content areas are transitions in the life span (pregnancy and menopause), medical diagnosis such as cancer, TBI’s and stroke. Sexual areas addressed are lack of desire, orgasm issues, painful intercourse, and arousal difficulties. Along with desire differences and sexual communication.  She often speaks to support groups and facilities looking to train their staff in sexual issues. She has a passion to spread sexual education to the medical community and help provide a bridge between mental health and medicine.  

In her free times she enjoys getting outside with her 4 and 5 year old sons and husband along with their two French bulldogs.
